Job summary

Crew Clothing Salford Quays is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Christmas period to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain store standards and drive sales.

This fixed term contract covers 8 hours per shift at our Salford Quays store, and we are looking for someone with strong communication and retail experience. Joining our team means supporting a high-street brand known for quality and customer care.

Qualifications

• Essential: Customer service focused.
• Essential: Good communication skills.
• Essential: Experience in retail industry.
• Desirable: Good IT skills.
• Desirable: Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
