Job description

This is a permanent part‑time 20‑hour position based in the Cheshire Oaks store. For this position we require 4‑5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

• Represent the H&M brand positively and engage customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
• Passionate about people and fashion.
• Self‑motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
• Clear communicators are creative and curious.
• Confident, proactive and able to take initiative.
