Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide expert product advice.
• Managing the sales process from inquiry to order completion.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales.
• Supporting dealers and distributors across the UK and internationally.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and assisting with order processing.
• Attending trade shows to promote Nitron products.

Qualifications
