Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the UK is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temp role. You will deliver outstanding customer service, process sales and help maintain store standards.

This four-hour, fixed-term position is ideal for friendly, shop-floor experts with a passion for fashion and luxury retail, ready to drive sales and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to build rapport with customers.
• Clear communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in retail environment and cash handling.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by showing passion for our products and brand.
• Offer accurate product information, including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create an inviting, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per company guidelines.

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
