We are looking for an experienced Telesales Advisor to join our team in Wakefield. Ideally you will have previous telesales experience, ideally within the Utilities / Power Industry, within Technical Telesales, or you may be a graduate looking into the Utilities / Power Sector.

Responsibilities

As a Telesales Advisor you will:

  • Initiate sales with potential customers and engage with our customers to upsell Ipsum Utilities services
  • Generate repeat sales, gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
  • Keep up to date on all products and inform customers about them as an essential part of the role
