A leading plumbing and heating supplier is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor in Stockton on Tees. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serving customers on the trade counter.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email.
  • Working within the warehouse, handling heavy stock.
  • Loading and unloading stock.
  • Booking stock in and organizing it.

Responsibilities
  • Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
  • Working within the warehouse - (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • On occasion driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is ideal
  • A full UK Manual Driving Licence is ideal
  • Previous face to face customer service experience
  • To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
