Salary: £28,000.00 - £34,000.00 per year (on-target earnings).
Employment type: Permanent, Full time.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Ford Stoke. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on-target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level, and no previous experience is required! We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (should you wish to), taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you'll support customers through their entire car-buying journey, whether you're arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories. You will engage customers online, in-store, by phone or video, nationally and locally. Strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.

Work schedule: 40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts), with most Saturdays being your busiest sales day. Guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Full driving licence (manual and automatic).

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led field is desired.
