Temporary Sales Office Cover – Carbis Bay, St Ives

🕙 Hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Pertemps, on behalf of their client, are seeking a confident and professional individual to cover the Sales Advisor role in the Carbis Bay Sales Office for a short‑term period starting on 28th October.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone queries regarding available properties
  • Check and respond to website enquiries
  • Welcome visitors to the Sales Office and show them around the Show Home and available plots
  • Take details from any potential purchasers
  • Collate all information from the 4 days to hand over to the Sales Advisor
About You

This is a lone‑working position, so you’ll need to be confident working independently, though support is available throughout the day if needed. You’ll present yourself smartly and bring a packed lunch for the day.

Previous experience in property sales is an advantage, but not essential – this role would also suit a high‑performing Administrator, PA, or Office Manager who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
