Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is hiring a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis in the United Kingdom. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, hitting sales targets and maintaining store standards, with 8 hours per week and flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

You will promote our brand, provide product information, handle transactions and support multi-channel shopping while contributing to a welcoming store environment that reflects our British heritage.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Good IT skills are desirable.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
