Sales Advisor

Location: Reigate Showroom

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)

Hours: Full-time, permanent (including Saturdays, with a fixed day off in the week)

The Opportunity

A proactive and customer-focused Sales Advisor is required to join a busy showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and providing a great service from initial enquiry through to order completion. This position offers strong earning potential through an uncapped commission structure and is well-suited to individuals who are driven, confident, and motivated to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
• Create accurate and well-presented quotations.
