Job description

The position will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:Assisting customers with the selection of products and determining their needs accordingly.Meeting individual and store targets.Merchandising and replenishing stock as required, whilst maintaining high shop floor standards.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and booking in faulty devices.
  • Cashing up and closing systems down.
  • Advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required.
  • Assisting with deliveries.
  • Operating the tills, handling financial transactions including exchanges and following cashing up procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Previous retail/customer service experience is essential.
  • Experience in the use of EPOS systems.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • High levels of accuracy and use of grammar.
  • Must be flexible throughout the week.
  • Passionate about mobile phones and customer service.
