This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and working in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Whether you already have motor trade experience or come from a strong sales and customer service background, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchasing journey, delivering a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

You'll work with a wide range of quality used vehicles, helping customers find the right finance, part exchange, and protection products to suit their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and solutions.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build strong relationships to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Present finance and ancillary product options in a compliant and professional manner.
• Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicle displays and showroom presentation remain of a high standard.
• Support the wider sales team in delivering dealership and business objectives.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using digital systems and online communication channels.
• Previous sales experience in the motor trade is ideal but not essential
• A full UK driving licence.
