We're looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Renault Leicester. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £28,000, plus an on-target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level, and no previous experience is required.

We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (should you wish to), taking your on-target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.

In addition to delivering great earnings potential, we will also deliver you true work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), be on most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays so you can rest every week without fail.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers through their entire car‑buying journey, from arranging test drives and helping customers select the right finance to guiding them through accessories. Your role will involve engaging customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally. Strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.

Qualifications

All we need is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer‑service or sales‑led field, we want to hear from you.
