GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED are recruiting a Sales Advisor for a luxury garden buildings retailer in Leek. You will welcome visitors, help customers choose the right building, and handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

With full training you’ll become a product expert, build lasting relationships, and drive sales while keeping the show site in impeccable condition. Weekend availability and a proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a full time Sales Advisor to join their friendly team at their stunning show site at Malvern Garden Buildings in Leek, Staffordshire. If you’re ready to hit the ground running and build a rewarding career, they’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t just a sales role. It’s about supporting customers through the process of choosing the right garden building.

• With full training you’ll become a product expert and confidently guide customers to the perfect garden building that best suits their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Manage and nurture enquiries using their CRM system (training provided).
• Act as the key liaison between customers and manufacturers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the show site, ensuring their garden buildings are always presented to the highest standard.
