Sales Advisor – Kennoway, Fife

Employment Type: Full time - Thursday–Monday

Salary: Competitive + Commission

We’re partnering with one of the biggest names in residential development to appoint an experienced Sales Advisor for a stunning new site in Kennoway, Fife. If you’re driven, customer-focussed, and ready to make an immediate impact, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll own the customer journey end-to-end, from first enquiry through to handover, securing reservations, guiding purchasers through selections, and ensuring every buyer receives a five-star experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive reservations and achieve targets across the development.
  • Book, prepare and conduct high-quality appointments and viewings.
  • Progress sales from reservation to missive and completion, providing professional advice and expertly influencing, persuading and negotiating throughout.
  • Manage and process all purchaser selections within cut-off dates; proactively upsell specification upgrades.
  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are immaculate and visitor-ready at all times.
  • Work closely with the site team to flag and resolve issues quickly, following agreed reporting procedures.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers, keeping them fully updated.
  • Liaise effectively with build, legal and sales colleagues (client-side) to keep pipelines moving.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date; produce reports to support targeted prospecting and status updates.
  • Maintain sales collateral (brochures, price lists, specs and displays) to current standards.
  • Build local networks and generate new opportunities to grow the development’s sales pipeline.
