Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis (4 hours per week) to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store standards that foster loyalty.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, provide information about features and stock availability, promote multi-channel shopping, and create an inviting, welcoming shopping environment while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused and able to engage customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail industry is a must or highly preferred.
• Desirable experience with luxury fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability.
