Job description

As a Sales Advisor based in our Cambridge Clifton Road branch you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Serving customers at the trade counter with product advice tailored to their needs.
• Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries.
• Helping in the warehouse when needed with general warehouse duties.
• Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales with both new and existing customers.
• Working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, with Saturday work once fully trained and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role.
• Customer service or sales experience would be ideal.
• Experience in plumbing, heating or trade/merchant environment is desirable but not essential.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first approach.
