Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch.
  • Work on SOP system and handle customers transactions.
  • Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures.
  • Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
  • Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
  • Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of SOP systems.
  • Result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
