Job summary

Crew Clothing Westfield is seeking a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards. You will work flexible hours (4–8 per shift) across various shifts, helping customers explore our south coast-inspired fashion and promoting multi-channel shopping options.

Ideal candidates have customer service focus, strong communication, and retail experience to thrive in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused must be able to engage with customers.
• Good communication skills are essential for explaining product features.
• Experience in the retail industry is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand


• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability


• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction


• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers


• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines


• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Key Skills and Experience:

Essential:
