We're looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Volvo Exeter. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £32,000, plus on‑target earnings of £38,000, with the ability to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required. We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one.

In the first 6 months you can transfer to a Sales Executive, taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a Company Car. We also offer true work‑life balance: a 40‑hour week, most Saturdays, a guaranteed day off during the week, and the shop closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers through their entire car‑buying journey: arranging test drives, helping select finance, and guiding through accessories.
  • Engage with customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video.
  • Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.
Qualifications
  • Full driving licence (manual and automatic).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer‑service / sales‑led field.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence using technology.
