Job summary

Crew Clothing Evesham is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain impeccable store standards, ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

You will generate sales by demonstrating passion for the product and brand, promote multi-channel shopping options, and provide a welcoming atmosphere while handling transactions in line with company guidelines. This role covers 8 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused role in retail with a sales target mindset.
• Strong communication skills and experience in a retail environment.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
