Job summary

Crew Clothing Kingston is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain impeccable store standards.

With 4 hours per week and weekday plus weekend availability, you’ll help customers choose products, share features, and promote multi‑channel shopping in a welcoming, collaborative team. We value collaboration, kindness and creativity, and celebrate people who help customers at every step.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and customer-centric.

• Experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
