VIP Premium Vaping & E-liquids is seeking a passionate and confident part-time Sales Advisor to join their Cirro Store in Crewe. The successful candidate will earn £8 per hour and can work either 24 or 16 hours per week.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and accurately processing transactions. Applicants should have previous experience in a retail or customer service role, a strong sales approach, and excellent team skills. The company offers staff discounts, holiday entitlement, training programs, and opportunities for progression.

We are recruiting for a fantasticSales Advisor to join the VIP team!

Based at our Cirro Store on Nantwich Road, the successful Sales Advisor will earn £8 per hour & achievable monthly bonus’.

This role is part time, either 24 or 16 hours per week.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be confident and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and truly represent the VIP brand. As the UK’s Leading Premium Vaping & Electronic Cigarette Operator, this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding company and as a Sales Advisor, you will be at the very heart of all the action.

Main duties of a VIP Sales Advisor:

• Providing customers with an outstanding experience
• Driving sales of all VIP products, achieving individual sales targets & contributing to the performance of the Store
• Accurately processing sales through the Epos system
• Driving our fantastic offers
• Carrying out customer consultations to give a superb VIP experience
• Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information

Essential requirements of a VIP Sales Advisor:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Fantastic sales approach
• Concise numeracy skills
• Track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach
• Excellent team player
• Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage!
