Sales Advisor

Location: Central London

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 DOE

Hours: The store is open Tuesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week, including Bank Holidays, with time off in lieu provided when needed.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing company in the heart of London, who are eager to welcome their next team member.

They are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for the cycling industry. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, highly detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering work to the highest standard.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role would be great.
  • Prior technical or specialist experience, such as bike sizing or fitting, would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, delivering a helpful, friendly, and professional experience to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess each customer's needs to ensure the correct fit and size of their bicycle.
  • Maintain and merchandise displays, ensuring products are presented neatly, accurately priced and all areas are clean and organised.
  • Use EPOS systems to process orders and assist with sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-store interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management, communicating clearly and supporting a positive team environment.
