Job summary

Wolseley Group's Plumb Centre in Chippenham is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor for 20 hours per week to join our branch team. You will build relationships with customers at the trade counter and by phone, provide product advice, and prepare quotations.

The role requires prior customer-facing experience and a confident, positive attitude. A full driving licence is desirable but not essential; salary is £13,347 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Part Time Sales Advisor - Chippenham - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Chippenham to:

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.

• Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential
