Job summary

Plumb Centre in Carlisle is hiring a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our branch team for 20 hours weekly, mornings. You'll build strong relationships with trade-counter customers and by phone, provide friendly product advice, and prepare quotations.

We offer a £13,347 salary plus bonus and excellent benefits, including annual leave, pension, discounts, wellbeing support and Cycle to Work. Working pattern discussed at interview; driving license desirable but not essential.

Part Time Sales Advisor - Carlisle - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Carlisle to:

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.

So, if you’ve got:

• Previous customer facing experience
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential
