A national housebuilder is seeking a Sales Advisor in Birmingham. In this role, you will conduct one-on-one consultations to help clients find their dream home. Ideal candidates will have previous sales experience in a residential development setting and strong communication skills. Due to continued success and future business growth, we are recruiting for a new homes Sales Advisor to join one of our developments in the West Midlands area.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess previous experience of working as a new homes Sales Advisor for a residential developer.

As our Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing one to one professional on-site sales consultations with our clients helping them to find their dream home.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 35 hours per week, Thursday to Monday.
