Job summary

Crew Clothing Ashford is seeking a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis to support in-store customer service and ensure high standards of presentation. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through product knowledge, friendly service and accuracy at the till, while promoting our multi-channel options.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in retail, a passion for fashion, and good IT skills to handle stock checks and online orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and target-driven.
• Good communication skills and retail experience.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
