Salary: Up to £35,000.00 (depending on experience)

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Duration: Permanent

About the Role

Lloyd & Whyte (part of Benefact Group) is looking for a Sales Adviser to join the Naturesave team in the Totnes office. During the initial training period you will be based full‑time in Totnes and after probation you can work hybrid (60% office/40% home). You'll speak to clients daily, handling new business and renewals, and help grow a dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide professional support and insurance advice to clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
  • Deal with new business quotations and/or presentations to market on behalf of Account Executives within requested timescales.
  • Answer client queries, handle new business, renewals and mid‑term adjustments professionally and timely.
  • Proactively raise awareness of alternative products, advise on coverage gaps and provide regular insurance reviews.
  • Ensure all policy administration is handled professionally and timely, supporting colleagues as required.
What You'll Need To Have
  • Proven experience in the UK Insurance Industry.
  • Confidence and ability to build rapport over the telephone to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Tenacious, target‑driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client‑focused environment.
  • Willingness to work towards a Cert CII qualification.

  • Holding or willing to work towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
