Your Job
  • As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our regional sales and partner teams. You’ll help optimise processes, improve data quality, and deliver the insights that drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline workflows and enable our teams to perform at their best.
  • You manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales cycle.
  • You produce clear, timely reports on pipeline, performance, and forecasting.
  • You support new team members with onboarding and system training.
  • You coordinate between departments to improve quote‑to‑order and reporting efficiency.
  • You identify process improvements and support key projects that increase operational effectiveness.
  • You analyse sales trends and performance metrics to highlight risks or opportunities.
  • You handle internal and partner queries professionally and efficiently.
Your Profile
  • You have experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, or a related analytical or commercial role.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You have strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
  • You have experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel or Power BI.
  • You have analytical mindset with curiosity and a drive for improvement.
  • You can meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
