Job description

Sales Administrator –6649

Location: Dursley, with 2–3 days working from home flexibility

Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond creatively to client briefs by generating ideas, researching suitable solutions and preparing professional proposals and presentations
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, raise POs and maintain accurate project information within internal systems
  • Manage the end-to-end process from initial enquiry through to artwork approval, supplier liaison and final delivery
  • Track orders, monitor timelines and resolve any queries or issues with clients and suppliers
  • Use courier and freight platforms to coordinate shipping, logistics and returns when required
  • Ensure internal records are updated and transparent at every stage to support efficient project delivery
  • Provide flexible support during seasonal peaks. While core hours are Monday to Friday, occasional out-of-hours work may be required to meet client deadlines (TOIL provided where appropriate)

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, account support or project coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with proposals, orders and client communication
  • Confident working independently with initiative to solve problems and keep projects moving
  • Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate supplier costs while ensuring projects meet budget requirements
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRMs and online systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Proactive and positive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence essential
