Job description

Sales Administrator (phone number removed) Boroughbridge, On Site Parking, 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays - Increasing with Service (up to 25), Generous Pension Scheme, Health Shield Plan, 4 x Death in Service Plan, Working hours (phone number removed)pm, Hybrid Remote Working After Probation Period.

Due to continued business growth and expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator for this well established business based in Boroughbridge. If you want to work for a market leading business who really value their people then this could be the role for you.

As Sales Administrator for this successful business, you will form an integral part of the operations process dealing with the customer from initial order enquiry through to delivery. You will work closely within your team, process purchase orders and sales orders, liaising with the warehouse and engineers to ensure a smooth operation and on time delivery and installation schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and orders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders accurately
  • Liaise with warehouse for stock management and inventory availability
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and flag any short falls
  • Liaise with engineers to manage installation and delivery schedules to agreed dates
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating throughout the order process
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Maintain and update accurate product price lists
  • Build and develop relationships with some of the smaller accounts
Requirements
  • Excellent administration and I.T skills
  • Previous experience in a sales or sales support role would be preferred
  • Experience using a CRM system, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and be able to think on your feet
  • A team player, happy to provide support where needed
  • Good telephone skills and customer service
  • Able to manage a busy workload in a fast paced environment
  • Your own transport due to location not on direct public transport route
