Job summary

A recruitment firm in Rotherham is looking for a candidate to handle customer qualifications and product support. You will process enquiries via an in-house CRM and collaborate with both the sales and production teams. • Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
• Processing enquiries using an in-house CRM system.
• Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team.
• Monitoring all SLAs and requesting questionnaires.
• Working closely with the sales team.
• Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
