A family-run recruitment firm is looking for an Order Processor to join their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders and all related export documentation. Job description

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established, family-run company who have been based in Nottingham since their inception but work globally, as they look to grow their export team.

The successful candidate will hold experience in a similar role with experience processing orders, ideally within exports and/or imports.

They’re offering a salary of c£28k-c£32k, an excellent discretionary annual bonus of up to 15%, with other brilliant benefits including flexitime (working core hours of 9:30am-3:30pm Monday – Friday across 37.5 hours), free lunch daily, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional holiday.

  • Process sales orders from start to finish
  • Complete all relevant export documentation with accuracy
  • Liaise with shipping companies to ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
  • Communicate with wider internal team to ensure goods are shipped to customers efficiently
  • Bring own ideas to the role and always strive to improve processes where possible
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within a similar administrative role, within order processing
  • Knowledge of regulation for shipping goods overseas advantageous
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good customer service skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders effectively
