A major energy supplier in Lower Kingswood is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator. The role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior administrative experience. This position offers a salary of up to £31,017 with a hybrid working model.
We are currently recruiting for our sales operations team due to internal promotions and team growth to head support company site growth.
You will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers to assist in our growth. The role will provide administrative support and build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned portfolio of customers.
Working closely and ensuring excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for the customers (internal and external) including business-critical processes such as registrations.
This role will allow someone to take the next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier. There is a clearly defined career progression path into sales relationship manager.

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in fast paced environment. Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.
Salary: Up to £31,017
Bonus: Up to 20% up to £6,203 payable at the end of the contract
Location: KT20 6RP - Agile working after 3 months - Office-based during induction and Training
Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home
Contract type: 12 month contract
