We’re seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of costings and processing. In this pivotal role, you will enable smarter business decisions by managing sales packs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting our sales and operations teams. Required Skills
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Accurate data entry and average numeracy skills

  • Ability to analyse and resolve queries independently
  • Proficiency in using software such as Autoline (Kerridge), Vehicle Stock Book (VSB), or Fleet Kompact (highly desirable)
Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience in the equipment rental industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and record maintenance
  • Experience with setting up and cancelling rental contracts and purchase orders
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is advantageous
  • Knowledge of vehicle or equipment fleet management software is preferred

  • Flexibility to provide cover for team members and assist with ad‑hoc reporting as needed
