Hours: 8am-16pm Monday to Friday

The Role

We are looking for a reliable responsible sales administrator with a keen eye for detail to assist our transport department with the processing of daily sales orders, amongst other things.

We are a busy, fast paced, expanding office, who needs someone dependable and efficient yet still able to maintain accuracy within their role.

The role is suited to someone who can work using their own initiative and can manage their own time effectively to complete all of the daily tasks and responsibilities.

Daily tasks
  • Answering phones, dealing with customer/driver/sales rep enquiries, booking in deliveries, taking orders, directing calls and handling other general enquires.
  • Processing instructions to adjust sales orders for additional stock requests, timed deliveries, special requests etc.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and organise the collection of payments.
  • Carrying out daily checks for drivers paperwork.
  • Provide support to monitor and review KPI’s for different departments.
