Senior International Sales Administrator

Location: Hull Office

Hours: Full-Time (Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:00)

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior International Sales Administrator to manage and coordinate UK and international sales operations for a leading sustainable solutions provider. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and raw materials to our sites, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management
    • Receive and process UK and international sales orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Review and confirm order details, including specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and pricing.
    • Ensure all documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) complies with export regulations.
    • Process purchase orders from UK and international suppliers.
  • Production Coordination
    • Monitor customer demand and lead times in collaboration with the wider team.
    • Communicate production updates and manage expectations.
    • Escalate delays to management for timely resolution.
  • Shipment & Logistics
    • Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders for cost-effective, timely shipments.
    • Track shipment status and resolve transit issues proactively.
    • Prepare customs paperwork to ensure smooth import/export processes.
  • Customer Communication
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
    • Provide proactive updates on order status and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales & Office Support
    • Assist with quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
    • Provide general office support, including greeting visitors and handling phone enquiries.
