Your New Role You will be responsible for delivering strong, reliable administration across all areas of the branch. This is a varied and important role with a strong customer focus, particularly over the phone. Your duties will include, but are not limited to :
To Succeed in This Role You will have a strong administration background, excellent attention to detail and be confident using Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone are essential, as you will be regularly liaising with customers and supporting colleagues across the company. You will be organised, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced retail environment. This role has traditionally worked well Monday to Friday, but some weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
