My client is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support their dynamic sales team. This role plays a vital part in the sales process by managing aircraft component trace documentation and handling customer enquiries across my client's e-commerce platforms, email, and social media channels.

Responsibilities
  • Compile, verify, and maintain trace documentation for aircraft components in line with industry standards (e.g., ATA Spec 106, EASA/FAA).
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible to support sales and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, online marketplaces (e.g., ILS, PartsBase), company website and social media platforms.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support including product information, pricing, availability, and shipping details.
  • Support listing, updating, and optimisation of inventory across e-commerce sales platforms.
  • Prepare customer quotations, process sales orders, and generate invoices.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including customer interactions, leads and order status monitoring.
  • Assist with generating sales reports and supporting sales and inventory planning activities.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
