Qualifications

  • Experience in a Sales Admin role or recent graduate.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team with promotional administration.
  • Check and match invoices to accrual.
  • Maintain EPOS trackers and assist in planning processes.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Team in their promotional administration to settle the customer accounts
  • Match invoices to the accrual
  • Check invoices are correct
  • Flag any issues to the account managers
  • Keep EPOS trackers up to date
  • Raise PO'sForecasting Admin Support
  • Ad Hoc Projects – Retail Price Checking and Powerpoint Support
  • Support the demand planning process
  • Support the Sales Commercial Calendar
Accountabilities

As above – based in London on a hybrid 2 days per week basis.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a Sales Admin or administration role preferable, or a graduate in the first role.
  • Numerate with a preference for analytical work – Advanced Excel skills a must, Power BI knowledge preferred.
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint (essential).
  • Planning, data analysis, organisation of external customer meetings & brand days.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound numerical and analytical know‑how, a can‑do approach.
  • Reports to Sales Director UK & Ireland.
  • External engagement will include customers.
