Position Overview

Gana Foods is looking for a Sales Accounts Manager to support our sales team in managing customer accounts, building new business opportunities, and promoting our product range. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience in the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of existing customer accounts and assist with day-to-day communication.
  • Help identify and research new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Present and promote Gana Foods products to prospective customers (training provided).
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, quotes, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, customer service) to help ensure smooth order processing.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed.
  • Learn about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Some experience in sales or customer service preferred (but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
