About the Role

Bend-tech has excellent, proven growth with impressive further growth potential. Part of this growth is the need for a Sales Team Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimising staff time for our sales team, lifting sales, conversion rates and customer contact.

About You

With a proactive, can‑do attitude and friendly demeanour, we are seeking an individual that is adaptable and able to handle calls confidently, helping customers with solutions.

Key Tasks
  • Quote revisions and general pipeline management
  • Quote follow-ups
  • Updating anticipated order dates
  • Data Entry, reports and data analysis
  • Managing appointments
  • Checking and uploading of scan data and vetting information prior to production (including approvals from customer)
  • Liaising with stock controllers and adjusting of stock
  • Merchandise and brochure control
Criteria for selection
  • Reasonably literate with MS Office products
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to self‑manage time and that of others
  • Ability to build trusting and authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Quick learner with ability to think analytically
  • Refined and well‑developed communication and influencing skills
  • Hungry, humble and smart.
