Sales Account Manager

Location: North Somerset

Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE, plus commission

Element Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing and forward-thinking business based in North Somerset, who are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the friendly, professional team.

Candidates with experience in merchants or manufacturing environments will fit in well, thought a general sales background will be considered, you jut need to have the drive to be in sales and learn the industry.

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll manage relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Reps and internal teams to analyse accounts, improve processes, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to improve their service experience
  • Advise clients on alternative products and services to meet their needs
  • Carry out account analysis and prepare reports
  • Process Sales Rep forms and follow through on actions
  • Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems
  • Manage tasks through the CRM and ensure processes are completed correctly
  • Draft professional emails and respond promptly to client queries
  • Validate database lists prior to marketing mailouts
  • Contact existing clients to book Sales Rep appointments
  • Prepare documentation and summaries for Rep visits
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
