We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Health Corporate and Performance team covering the Midlands with a central focus in either Nottingham or Birmingham. We want a consultative sales professional who can build relationships, upsell, and drive new business while delivering the premium customer experience our solutions provide.
The role is remote and involves extensive travel throughout the working week. It is suited to proactive, detail‑focused, organised individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Ideal candidates will also have a strong understanding of corporate elite sport and/or education sales.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Create and present CAD visuals (full training will be provided).
- Manage the sales pipeline and meet productivity measures in line with the company sales code.
- Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities and consumer networks.
- Stay up‑to‑date as a product and solutions expert.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, including all relevant installations.
- Collaborate with different business functions to deliver Total Wellness Solutions.
- Work with finance for proactive customer credit collection.
- Maintain clean and up‑to‑date market data in the CRM and quotation tools.
- Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximise conversion rates and provide reliable forecasts.
- Research and provide feedback on market, segment and territory trends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Experience managing complex deals and selling solutions.
- Consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Resilient prospector / business developer.
- Knowledge of fitness product use and physiological benefits.
- Solid experience with CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
- Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills.
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities.
