About The Company
Victory Design Ltd is a long-established company specializing in sign making supplies and Chapter 8 chevron kits. We offer sign making vinyl, large format digital media, ready to apply Chapter 8 kits, garment film, application tape, and sign making tools to clients throughout the UK. Based in Clowne (Chesterfield), the company began trading in 1987 and has extensive experience in the signage, printing and vehicle safety marking industries.
Key Objectives
- Exceed the set profit target per month
- Exceed the set key performance indicators
- Meet or exceed personal profit objective set by the company each month
- Meet or exceed personal call objective set by the company each month
Responsibilities
- Managing customers and prospects supplied by the company
- Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential B2B clients, including small to medium-sized businesses, targeting decision-makers (e.g., business owners and buyers).
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring continuous outreach and follow-up to move leads through the sales process and close deals effectively.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs assessment, identifying businesses that can benefit from our product offering.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct consultative sales calls, presenting our service offerings.
- Ensure all sales enquiries are answered promptly and efficiently.
- Record and enter key details of callers into the database.
- Record the source of enquiry for later analysis.
- Ensure all leads are followed up within a reasonable period, accurately categorised, and followed up according to priority.
- Ensure orders processed and invoiced within a timeframe to the customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure customers have the means to pay for goods and services.
- Respond to the changing needs of the business and perform additional duties as requested by the Directors.
