Business Development Executive – Falkirk (Office based)

Salary £28k–£32k + uncapped bonus. Join the growing team as a Sales Account Manager. The role focuses on prospecting, converting, and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts primarily through telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approach.

As a key member of the team you’ll identify potential business opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approaches.
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities with local people and businesses.
  • Utilise various platforms and tools to uncover potential clients and introduce them to our business.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers to assess fuel needs, offer solutions and pricing, and convert to customers.
  • Build and manage a client base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling.
