- Communicate the value of SEB, tailoring conversations to customer needs and helping secure the sale.
- Deliver engaging product webinars to employees explaining SEB.
- Arrange and conduct regular client interactions to ensure maximum account activation and retention.
- Guide clients through uploading employee data onto the platform to onboard employees.
- Participate in the implementation phase of the client journey when required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, “Treating Customers Fairly” (TCF), and other relevant legislative requirements.
