Salaried Partner – Water Advisory Lead

Flexible Location

This is a rare opportunity to build a new service line from the ground up for a leading built environment consultancy, shaping their proposition, leading strategic engagements, and positioning them as a trusted advisor to clients navigating regulatory, investment, and transformation challenges within the Water Sector.

You will define their Water Advisory proposition, service lines, and go-to-market strategy developing delivery models that integrate seamlessly with their project and programme management teams.

You will lead strategic delivery and shape and deliver high-value advisory engagements, including strategic planning, transformation programmes, investment and business case development, and innovation strategy.

You will have proven experience building and growing advisory services in a consultancy or regulated infrastructure environment with a deep understanding of the UK water sector, including policy, regulation, investment cycles (e.g. PR24/PR29), and innovation funding (e.g. Ofwat Innovation Fund).

You will have a track record of winning, shaping, and delivering strategic consultancy engagements and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including board-level clients, regulators, and delivery partners.

You’ll have the autonomy to build a new capability, the backing of a collaborative and ambitious leadership team, and the opportunity to influence the sector at the highest level.
