Southlands Medical Group in Sunderland (Ryhope) is recruiting a Salaried GP to join a friendly, supportive clinical team. The practice has multiple GPs and a strong multidisciplinary team, and is a GP Training and Medical Student host practice with active PCN involvement.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified GP with UK registration and eligibility to practice independently.
• MRCGP certification or equivalent experience is essential.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with primary care systems.
• Experience with GMS contract and clinical governance processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide autonomous GP clinical care to the practice population, adhering to GMC standards.
• Manage long-term conditions and clinically audit/review care improvements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share workload fairly.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to continuous quality initiatives.
• Participate in practice meetings and CPD, supporting student training and governance.
